We celebrate the arts every year at Parnell School. This year we are immersing ourselves in the world of music.
Today we had a wonderful opportunity listening to New Zealand Opera's fast-paced, amazing performance of The Barber of Seville. After that we worked with Karen to make rhythm using just our hands and feet. Karen then taught us how to read music and it was fun! Our lesson ended with having a turn on Karen's harp. It was sure an instrument which makes magical sounds to our ears.
